Investment advice is not all we provide. Since 1993, Arnerich Massena has been providing participant education services to help participants reach their retirement goals — that’s 20 years!
In 1993, Arnerich Massena retirement plan advisors realized that there was a need for participant education that was unbiased and understandable. Not finding what we wanted for our clients in the marketplace, we decided to develop our own participant education curriculum and services. Our approach was to focus on ways to make investment and retirement planning education fun, interesting, and, above all, comprehensible.
Since then, we have developed a unique and creative approach to participant education that incorporates behavioral economics and adult learning techniques. Bringing both investment and communications expertise to the table, we know how to help participants wade through the confusion.
Kathy Peterson, Arnerich Massena associate advisor, conducts in-person workshops and one-on-one sessions with participants to help guide them to develop a savings and investment strategy. “I love my job,” says Kathy, “it’s really meaningful to me to know that I’m helping people reach their retirement goals.” Her workshops cover everything from general financial planning to calculating a savings goal to pre-retirement planning.
Here’s to 20 years of providing participants with the knowledge and information to help them make informed decisions about their retirement savings. Here’s to 20 more years of seeing our clients’ participants reach their retirement goals!
