Arnerich Massena’s Charitable Giving Strategies and Estate Planning Forum, held on November 15 at the Multnomah Athletic Club, was a tremendous success, with over 70 people in attendance. The forum opened up a vibrant dialogue around philanthropic giving strategies and questions. The discussion addressed topics including donor expectations, evaluating philanthropic organizations, and initiatives to venture philanthropy.
Ken Weber, consultant and founder of Zynga Foundation, moderated the panel discussion with speakers Julia Reed, senior relationship manager at Schwab Charitable; Mark Holloway, CEO of Social Venture Partners; Johanna Thoeresz, Chief Development Officer at Oregon Community Foundation; and Pat Green, partner at Davis Wright Tremaine.
