Alicia Johnston, director of HR, was recently featured in The Portland Business Journal article, “How Oregon Works: Alicia Johnston of Arnerich Massena on bridging the wellness gap,” in which she spoke with managing editor Andy Giegerich about these and other benefits issues.

She outlines the current environment and what prospective employees are looking for and value in a benefits package. And she discusses some of the more creative and unique benefits Arnerich Massena provides, such as employee events and weekly yoga.
