Black Friday and Cyber Monday are leading up to GIVING TUESDAY

For many people, the days following Thanksgiving may blur into a frantic Black Friday and Cyber Monday shopping rush. But there is a movement afoot to reframe the post-Thanksgiving conversation to focus on giving and volunteerism.

Today marks the seventh annual “Giving Tuesday,” a holiday created to connect individuals, communities, and organizations around the world for one common purpose: to celebrate and encourage giving. Whether you are giving time, money, goods, or your voice, Giving Tuesday kicks off a season focused on giving back to our communities and supporting the causes about which we care deeply.

We want to help you express your giving spirit this season in whatever ways you are moved to. To learn more about non-profits making a difference, check out the Arnerich Massena Holiday Giving Guide  to see the organizations our friends and clients care deeply about.

If you have questions about structuring charitable gifts, or want to discuss how gifting may impact your tax picture, contact our Wealth Strategy team to see how we can help coordinate with your accountant to plan your end-of-year giving.
