“In his new role as co-CEO, Shipley said he’s spending a lot of time with [co-CEO Tony] Arnerich learning more about the firm’s operations.” He’ll work closely with the dozen senior employees who share ownership of the firm: “’We have a core group of people in their mid-40s, with a couple of decades of experience, who are well-positioned to guide this firm going forward over the next two decades,’” Shipley comments. “’The firm has been around for well over 25 years, and we’ve done a nice job building a brand and trust with our clients,’ he said, ‘That’s going to be my biggest responsibility, and the next generation of the ownership team, continuing to move forward and maintain the trust and the confidence that we’ve built up with our clients over the years.’”
