Alicia Johnston is dedicated to building and sustaining an extraordinary team of people. She delivers through a combination of industry expertise, human compassion, management skill, and practical application of human resources principles.
Alicia has served Arnerich Massena for more than ten years and directs the firm’s human resources department. She is responsible for the recruitment and hiring of Arnerich Massena employees, administration of employee benefit programs, and compliance with employment laws. She provides training, guidance, and direction related to employee relations and consultation to executive leadership in all areas of human resources and operational functions.
Alicia’s human resources experience spans more than seven years, having also served as office and human resource manager for ScanlanKemperBard Companies.
Alicia Johnston holds a Bachelor of Arts from Colorado College. She also holds a Certificate of Comprehensive Human Resource Management from Portland State University Professional Development Center. Alicia Johnston was named the winner of The Portland Business Journal’s HR Leadership Award in 2018 for her outstanding work as director of human resources at Arnerich Massena.
Alicia has volunteered as an I AM Learning Partner in Arnerich Massena’s award-winning I AM Learning Partnership community service programs.
