Matt Springer brings an innate curiosity and drive to his work, delivering diligence, thoughtfulness, and attentiveness in assessing potential investment opportunities that are a good fit for the firm’s philosophy and approach.
Matt focuses on U.S. and non-U.S. equity markets, sourcing new investment managers and completing ongoing due diligence in these areas. He is also responsible for the delivery of custom client projects such as fund manager searches, investment portfolio analysis, investment policy development, and industry analysis.
Matt previously served as a finance intern for UBS Financial Services, researching new financial products and analyzing financial securities.
Matt Springer earned a B.S. in finance, magna cum laude, with a minor in economics from Oregon State University. He was president of the Phi Kappa Psi Fraternity and was awarded the Phi Kappa Psi Undergraduate of the Year Award. Mr. Springer is currently pursuing the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation and has passed the CFA Level 1 exam.
Mr. Springer served for several years as a volunteer with the Boys and Girls Club of Corvallis.
