Since 2012, the United Nations has celebrated the International Day of the Girl on October 11. This year, we wanted to honor the theme “With Her: A Skilled GirlForce,” with something special. Arnerich Massena and Impax Asset Management co-hosted a special happy hour salon, “Women in Business Leadership,” a celebration and discussion of women in business leadership positions. The event was held at The Nightwood Society in Portland, Oregon. Featured speakers Rani Borkar, vice president of Microsoft; Jenifer Canon, CAP^®, vice president of business development at Pax Ellevate; and Katherine Fox, CFP^®, CAP^®, philanthropic and investment advisor at Arnerich Massena; shared insights about the impact women leaders are having on the long-term success of organizations around the globe.
