Join us for #GivingTuesday! Arnerich Massena's #Giving Tuesday Giving Guide Drawing

11/29/2020
Join us on Dec. 1, #Giving Tuesday, in honoring the individuals, families, and organizations who have put their time, effort, and dedication into supporting the health and vibrance of our communities!

Congratulations to CARES Northwest, Boy Scouts of America/Cascade Pacific Council, and Native Arts and Cultures Foundation for being randomly selected as the recipients of Arnerich Massena’s #GivingTuesday drawing! These organizations were selected from Arnerich Massena’s 2020 Holiday Giving Guide as a way to honor #GivingTuesday; the firm will donate $1,000 to each of them. Learn more about each organization below.

(How did we randomly select these organizations? We created a custom spinning wheel online at https://www.bonus.com/spin/ and spun the wheel, pinpointing entries from the Arnerich Massena Giving Guide!)

#GivingTuesday is “a global generosity movement unleashing the power of people and organizations to transform their communities and the world.” It has grown since its founding in 2012 to become a global movement inspiring people across the world to give to those in need and celebrate generosity. Join us on Dec. 1, #Giving Tuesday, in honoring the individuals, families, and organizations who have put their time, effort, and dedication into supporting the health and vibrance of our communities!

This year marks the third annual publication of Arnerich Massena’s Holiday Giving Guide, featuring charitable organizations to which we have a deep connection and for which we have a profound appreciation. The organizations in this guide have collectively made far-reaching impacts into countless lives, and we are pleased to offer this wonderful resource for generous souls seeking a way to give this season. Access the guide here or download the pdf here.

Each year, we select three organizations as the recipients of an end-of-year #GivingTuesday donation; congratulations to this year’s winners, detailed below.

CARES Northwest

Child Abuse Response and Evaluation Services (CARES) Northwest is dedicated to stopping child abuse and neglect. CARES Northwest is a collaborative, community-based medical program made possible by four of the Northwest’s leading health systems: Kaiser Permanente, OHSU Doernbecher Children’s Hospital, Providence Children’s Health, and Randall Children’s Hospital at Legacy Emanuel. Their mission is to prevent child abuse and neglect and help children heal from the trauma of abuse through multidisciplinary prevention, medical evaluation, and ongoing treatment in partnership with our community.

Boy Scouts of America, Cascade Pacific Council

Since the day the COVID-19 pandemic hit, thousands of local kids and their families have continued to stay physically active, safely serve their communities, adventure together and grow life skills through the local Boy Scouts of America council. The Council was also heavily impacted by the forest fires this year, including significant damage and losses to their Butte Creek Scout Ranch in Scotts Mills, Oregon.

Native Arts & Cultures Foundation

The Native Arts and Cultures Foundation (NACF) advances equity and cultural knowledge, focusing on the power of arts and collaboration to strengthen Native communities and promote positive social change with American Indian, Native Hawaiian, and Alaska Native peoples in the United States.
