For the first time, Arnerich Massena appears on the Portland Business Journal’s list of Largest Women-Owned Businesses in Oregon & SW Washington. Coming in 18^th on the list (and the first investment firm on the list), Arnerich Massena is now 55% owned by women, since the company transitioned to become 100% employee-owned.

Arnerich Massena is proud of the fact that not only is the firm majority-owned by women, but that our executive and advisory teams are balanced between men and women. In an industry where women are greatly underrepresented – it’s estimated that only about 15-20% of investment advisors are women – more than 40% of our investment advisors – and 50% on our wealth management team – are female.
