Real Leaders unveiled its Top 150 Impact Companies of 2021 on January 27 this year. As part of the unveiling, they invited Impact Award Winners to share their festivities by submitting a photo of their employees celebrating the news of their win. Global Photo Challenge entries were shared on social media by Real Leaders Impact Companies from around the world, and we are very proud to announce that Arnerich Massena’s submission, titled “Real Leaders Lead with Love,” was named the contest winner.

Arnerich Massena staff members sent a drone to the skies to create this memorable image, projecting our vision of leadership and illustrating that we can stay connected even with social distancing.
