Arnerich Massena’s new office features spectacular views of Portland in every direction; a sleek, modern design; and state of the art technology. We are pleased to announce that it is now officially open and fully staffed, and we are looking forward to welcoming visitors. An April 5 ribbon cutting ceremony marked the opening, as Co-CEOs Reegan Rae, CPWA® and Bryan Shipley, CFA, CAIA, raised a toast to celebrate.

The office, on the 15^th floor of The Liberty Centre in Portland’s Lloyd District, has been under construction over the last year, as staff worked mostly remotely. Workspace design firm Hyphn worked to craft a space that not only served its practical purposes, but also is a reflection of Arnerich Massena’s unique culture, brand, and ethos. The result is phenomenal — an open and light officescape featuring a café seating area and beautiful conference spaces, in addition to advisory offices that are inviting and comfortable for meetings.

Even with the elevated design and location, the new office space is more cost-effective, helping the firm to focus on generating value for clients. Most importantly, we are proud to be in a silver LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design)-certified building, a green building certification program used worldwide to designate buildings rated as environmentally responsible and energy-efficient. As a Certified B Corporation®, efficiency and environmental responsibility are central concerns and we are pleased to be part of the solution.
