Thomas (Arthur) Coyne applies intellect and diligence to developing strategic and tactical investment strategies based on in-depth research and analysis of capital markets.

Arthur, who has served for more than 15 years in the firm’s research & analytics department, focuses on research in strategic and tactical asset allocation. He leads the firm’s development of capital market assumptions and directs the quarterly market analysis that underpins the company’s asset allocation decisions and portfolio construction.

Arthur’s investment industry experience spans more than 30 years, during which he served as the manager of Consulting Services for the British Columbia Investment Management Corporation and as chief investment officer at Northwest Capital Management.

He holds a Bachelor of Science, cum laude, in computer engineering from the University of Michigan at Ann Arbor. He has earned the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.
