Christopher Lees, Senior Fund Manager, JO Hambro Capital Management
Christopher Lees is Senior Fund Manager for the JO Hambro Global Select and International Select Equity Strategies. Prior to joining JOHCM, Christopher spent more than 19 years at Baring Asset Management, most recently as Head of the firm’s Global Sector Teams. In addition to this role, Christopher was Baring’s Lead Global High Alpha Manager and Lead Manager for the strong performing EAFE portfolios. Prior to 2002, he held positions as Senior Portfolio Manager (US Equity team) in Boston and as an Analyst in the UK Stock Selection as well as the firm’s Global Asset Allocation teams. Christopher is a CFA Charterholder and holds a BSc (Hons) in Geography from University of London. He has lived and worked in the USA, Europe, and Asia.
A. Rama Krishna, CFA, Founder/Chief Investment Officer, ARGA Investment Management, LP
Rama Krishna has over 25 years of experience managing global equities. Before founding ARGA in 2010, he served as President, International, Managing Principal, and Portfolio Manager of Pzena Investment Management, leading development of the International Value and Global Value strategies, and co-managing the Emerging Markets Value strategy. He also served as Chief Investment Officer and Head of Institutional and International for Citigroup Asset Management, directly managing the Global Emerging Markets strategy. Before that, he served at Alliance Bernstein and Credit Suisse First Boston. He holds a joint M.B.A./M.A. in Asian Studies and a B.A. (Honors) in Economics. He was on the MSCI Editorial Advisory Board and is a Chartered Financial Analyst.
