She joined the firm in 2019 to bring her ability to manifest visionary ideas into practical reality to the company.

Shelly guides the day-to-day operations of the company, facilitating information flow, efficiency, and scalability for cross-departmental coordination of client and internal deliverables. She is the bridge that connects Arnerich Massena’s leadership, employees, and business processes to deliver optimal results.

Shelly’s experience in the finance industry spans more than 20 years, including professional experiences in consulting, human resources, operations, and entrepreneurship. Highlights of her career include managing investment operations for Ziff Brothers Investments, a private family investment firm in New York City, and serving the Rockefeller Foundation.

Shelly Kapoor earned a Bachelor of Science, cum laude, in psychology from Tufts University. She has also received training from Columbia University’s Executive Coaching, Institute for Personal Leadership, McChrystal Group, and Corporate Coaching International.

Shelly sits on the board of the Portland Institute for Contemporary Art (PICA). She also volunteers with Rock the Street, Wall Street, delivering investment education, financial literacy, and professional mentorship to female high school students at Grant High School.

In the relentless pursuit to live her “best life,” you can find Shelly getting overly excited about anything and everything — most of all her twin daughters, sweet husband, and handsome dog Quimby.
