Aunt Kim’s Sweet
Potato Casserole
Filling While still warm, mash cooked potatoes and mix with
3 medium sweet potatoes, peeled, chopped, and the remaining filling ingredients.

This is a family favorite and can be considered a side dish, dessert, or both! Aunt Kim was always in the
kitchen creating smiles and eager bellies, and although she is dearly missed, her legacy lives on with
this rich and delicious dish that feels like a loving holiday hug with every bite. It’s also quite good
reheated the next day with your morning coffee too!
